Our processors are touching your files every 48 hours and then every 24 hours when the loan is 10 days from closing.

All of them. Our processors have worked with dozens of different lenders. If we don't have credentials to work with a specific lender yet, we'll coordinate with your AE to get setup and ready to roll on your file.
Milestone is paid per file, the processing fee is disclosed on the Loan Estimate to be paid by the borrower. Milestone's invoice will be paid at closing through disbursement. If the loan doesn't close, Milestone doesn't get paid. No outside charges to the Loan Officer.
