Yes! We work with most common LOS platforms including Encompass, ARIVE, LendingPad, and others. Let us know what system you're using—we’ll tailor our support to fit seamlessly.

Absolutely. Our team is trained on current federal and state compliance guidelines, and we maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations. We work closely with your team to ensure every file meets investor and audit standards.

Turnaround depends on the package you choose, but most files are reviewed and touched within 24 hours. We prioritize clear communication and will always keep you informed of timelines. Our processors are touching your files every 48 hours and then every 24 hours when the loan is 10 days from closing.

Yes—our Level 2 and Level 3 packages include preparing and sending initial disclosures. We’ll make sure everything is accurate and compliant, saving you time and reducing risk.

No problem! We offer multiple levels of service—from just processing after disclosures to full-service support through post-closing. You only pay for what you need.

All of them. Our processors have worked with dozens of different lenders. If we don't have credentials to work with a specific lender yet, we'll coordinate with your AE to get setup and ready to roll on your file. 

Milestone is paid per file, the processing fee is disclosed on the Loan Estimate to be paid by the borrower. Milestone's invoice will be paid at closing through disbursement. If the loan doesn't close, Milestone doesn't get paid. No outside charges to the Loan Officer.
